Payment stages, cancellation deadlines and non-refundable components must be stated in each proposal before confirmation.
Cancellation by the traveller
Send cancellation requests in writing. Recoverable amounts depend on notice, supplier rules and costs already committed. Permit, ticket, insurance and peak-season charges may be non-refundable.
Changes by Tour Therapy
If a material service cannot operate, we may offer a reasonable alternative, credit or refund for the recoverable affected component, depending on supplier terms and circumstances.
No-show and unused services
Services missed through late arrival, personal choice or failure to carry required documents are normally not refundable.
